The purpose of an initial consultation is to get a basic understanding of your situation and help you determine whether we are a good fit for you. We will take the time to get a rudimentary understanding of your case and help you understand your options. We generally must have a more in-depth interview than an initial consultation to determine the total fee for your case. During a Free Consultation, we will attempt to formulate an initial down payment so you can decide if hiring LEWIS & DICKSTEIN, P.L.L.C. is within your budget. We are here to help you and will do what we can to craft a fee for your case within your budget if possible.
